Customer Service Advisor - Electrical Retailavailable - Full Time Vacancy
An excellent career opening for a Customer Service Advisor position. Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years customer service experience, preferably in the Electrical retail sector.
For this Customer Service role you will be required to work within one of the businesses leading teams taking incoming calls and offering unrivalled customer service and support. You will not need to be technical and full training will be provided. However you will need to be PC literate. You will be the face to the business.
You will have to have a professional telephone manner, confidence is a must and the ability to build rapport quickly. This is a enjoyable place to work with a good office environment and a supportive management team.
Ideally you will have some experience working in a phone based role. However most importantly you will be confident, enthusiastic, professional and motivated.
Salary will be dependent on the individual.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor
- Receive inbound enquiries from customers
- Give appropriate related advice and guidance.
- Take ownership of issues/queries, solving problems using initiative where possible
- Using skills and knowledge gained
- Provide an excellent level of service
- Meet pre-arranged service targets
- Keep up to date on product and services
- Keeping customer up to date
- Ordering goods
