- The Milano 110cm XG Dual Fuel Range Cooker is composed of 2 ILVE multifunction ovens, a handy separate grill compartment and a half width storage drawer
- The Milano 110cm XG cooker has 6 gas burners with a Fry Top griddle as standard and is available in Stainless Steel, Matt Black (Graphite) and Cream with either Chrome or Brass trim
- The Milano 110cm wide XG range cooker includes a 53.4 litre capacity multifunction main oven with 9 oven functions including the quick start function which heats the oven to 200°C in just 6 minutes
- The right hand oven has a 43.7 litre capacity, 5 function oven which has a Rotisserie setting - perfect for spit roasting legs of lamb and poultry. The Milano XG also includes a 20.2 litre separate grill compartment which is fitted with a grill pan on sliding trays
- Both of the ovens now feature ILVE’s E3 precision digital temperature control and can be programmed to temperatures between 30°C and 300°C
- The Milano 110cm XG Dual Fuel range cooker features 6 solid brass gas burners with individual pan supports and a solid stainless steel fry top Teppanyaki griddle
- The 6 gas burners include; 3 x 2.6 kW medium burners, 2 x 1.7 kW small burners a 4.3 kW wok burner and a 2.6 kW fish burner that sits beneath the fry top griddle
