**Competition Terms and Conditions: **
RGB DIRECT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“QE48S90D OLED TV”)
Who can enter:
The Prize is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in mainland UK during the Prize period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of RGB Direct, and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the competition.
Please note that entrants must have a UK phone number and address to be eligible to win the Prize.
Opening/closing date & time:
- Entry must be submitted by Sunday 10th November 23:00.
- Only one entry per participant is allowed.
- Submissions must adhere to by completing the entry form with full information.
Winner selection & contact:
- The Prize will take place within twenty-four (24) hours of the closing date (24/12/20224) and time for all entries.
- Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
Prizes
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- Prize consists of the following prizes: QE48S90D OLED TV
Publicity
- By entering the competition, participants grant RGB Direct the right to use their name, social mentions and any photo images (provided by the participant) of receiving the prizes for promotional purposes.
Privacy
- By entering the competition, Personal information collected will be used for the sole purpose of the competition. If the participant has selected to receive updates on RGB Directs future sales then personal data will be stored. Termination or Modification
- RGB Direct reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition for any reason.
