Its great, got 4 dogs and 3 rabbits and it picks up brilliantly, the only reason I didnt give it 5* is where u hold it the screw hole irrigates my hand a little and on my rug on full power th head bounces when pulling towards you but if u want a cordless vacuum cleaner look no further for picking up animal hair.

I was quite reluctant at 1st about purchasing this product,I just thought the price was astronomical for a cordless vacuum cleaner. I did a bit of googling and came across this company who had the vacuum for sale at a much lower price than anywhere else,so I bit the bullet and ordered it. Once received and tried,I can see why this is far more expensive than other cordless cleaners,the suction is great and is twice the suction of other brands,on the higher speed suction it nearly sucks up the carpet,so had to do the carpet on the lower setting. The higher setting is ideal and very powerful for using with the tools,whereas others tend to be useless when using the tools. As great as it is,and I love it,I am slightly disppoointed that the running time on high power setting is only 6 to 7 minutes,so you have to be quick or it will run out of charge. It is easy to empty,easy to change all the attachments,and lightweight to use. Left on the wall mounted rechargeable wall unit,it is ready for action always. This is the 3rd cordless vacuum that I have tried,but by far the best. So even though I do think the dyson products are expensive I can certainly see why. I am pleased I went for it,and instead of being an extra to my large heavy mains vacuum cleaner,this has definitely replaced it. I would definitely recommend this product.

RGB are a great company to deal with,the products are genuine brands and are as described,with prices much lower than anywhere else,and super quick delivery. I purchased the Dyson animal which I found to be much lower in price than I had seen,it was a genuine Dyson product,carrying the Dyson 2 years warranty. I still thought that this was very expensive for a cordless vacuum,but decided to bite the bullet. Once I received it and tried it out,I was hooked,and i could see really by the quality of the appliance why it was more expensive than all the other brands. It has 2 speeds,the suction on the highest speed is brilliant,but the only downside is that it only lasts 6 to 7 minutes before it needs a recharge,so you have to be quick. However the lower speed is sufficient for hard floors and carpets,I found the higher speed was too stong on the carpets it made it hard to push. Having had 2 previous cordless vacuums I found this to be twice as powerful,and no loss of suction on using the attacments,not like the other brands which are pretty useless when using with the tools. The dyson is lightweight,easy to use,and can be wall mounted to the charger so that is always ready to use. I have now got rid of my heavy mains powered vacuum cleaner,and using this as my main all round cleaner. I would definitely recommend this vacuum cleaner,and the company it was purchased from ,Thank You.

Best hoover dyson have made and does what it says - we have a dog and need to hoover everyday - one charge does whole of house and so easy to use because it is cordless and so light.
