  • The Miele KM7201 Electric Induction Hobs uses induction technology to heat your pots and pans using magnets. Not only is this more efficient, it is also safer and keeps you in complete control at all times.
  • Expand your culinary horizons with this Miele electric hob. There is plenty of room to warm broth and fry onions for a homemade risotto with its 4 induction zones. And, because they use electromagnets to directly heat the base of your pans, they are really efficient too.
  • The hob intelligently detects the size of pots and pans you are using, highlighting the zones in use and automatically stopping the power when the pan is removed.
  • TWIN-BOOSTER - For especially rapid heating: with Miele exclusive Twin Booster function, you can concentrate the power of two cooking zones into a single cooking zone if required. Or you can distribute the induction power individually for even more flexible cooking.
  • CONVENIENT ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS - Added convenience when cooking: with the Stop & Go function all cooking zones can be reduced to power level 1 at the press of a button, allowing you to leave the hob unattended for a short time.
  • The Keeping warm function keeps food at serving temperature. As an extra benefit, you can set the timer so the cooking zone will switch off automatically when the time has elapsed. The Recall function ensures that your settings are saved for 10 seconds.
  • PERMANENT PAN DETECTION - All you have to do is switch on the hob – if there is already a pan on a cooking zone, the corresponding control element will be activated automatically. So, there is no need to switch on the individual cooking zones manually. The size of the pan is also detected automatically to ensure particularly efficient energy usage.
  • SAFETY FUNCTIONS - Best protection in every situation: the system lock provides reliable protection against accidental or unauthorized switching on.
  • If a cooking zone has been operating at the same power level for an unusually long time or there is no pan on the hob, it will switch off automatically. The residual heat indicator is another useful feature: it reminds you not to touch the cooking zones when they are still hot.
  • There is also a handy Stop & Go memory function. If you need to answer the door or check on the kids, it reduces all the cooking zones to the lowest level with a single touch of a button. When you return, simply tap the button again to restore the power levels to where they were before.
  • For complete peace of mind, the control panel lock stops you accidentally changing the settings as well. This hob has also been tested for 20-year worth of use, so you know it is built to last.
