  • General Specification With four zones, touch controls & an easy clean surface, this induction hob is practical & stylish, providing quick heat when you need it.

  • Induction Technology Using induction technology, the pan is heated directly, rather than wasting energy heating the cooking surface. This methods heats quicker than a ceramic hob. There is also little residual heat from the cooking surface, so spills can be quickly wiped up after cooking.
  • The pan must have a high iron content due to induction working on magnetism.
  • Timer The 99 Minute Timer can be used in 2 different ways. As a Minute Minder, in this case the timer will not turn any cooking zone off following the allotted time. Or as an Individual Zone timer – set durations to turn one or more of the cooking zones off, allowing extra time for other tasks.
  • Boost Touching the boost control button B , which can be used on any of the 4 cooking zones, will increase the heat to maximum. This function will return to the original heat setting after 5 minutes, unless manually turned off.
  • Safety Control Panel Lock – prevent unintended use (e.g. children accidentally turning the cooking zones on).
  • Another safety feature of the hob is automatic shutdown. This occurs when a cooking zone is left on for an extended period of time. The higher the temperature the quicker the appliance will power off (see manual for more details).
