  • This Smeg integrated hood and induction hob features 4 induction cooking zones with 9 power levels, and a hood with 8 power settings and 2 intensive settings.
  • Each cooking zone has a booster, and the hob features residual heat indicators and pan detection.
  • The pan detection feature recognises cookware that has a magnetisable base suitable for induction hobs. The hood features the Autovent function.
  • The Smeg HOBD682D1 air venting induction hob boasts four induction zones and an impressive extraction rate of 505m³ per hour.
  • With Multizone operation the cooking zones can be used as two independent cooking zones or combined into a single zone.
  • Each zone automatically adapts to the size and position of the dishes and is heated only where the pans locate, providing better heat distribution.
  • Induction cooking allows for precise temperature control. It is faster than gas cooking taking only a little over a minute to boil a pint of water.
  • Another benefit is that any splashes will not burn onto the hob top and are easily wiped clean making it safe and user friendly.
