  • The SMEG KD100HNE 100 cm chimney hood from SMEG boasts 3 speed settings and an intensive mode with up to 792 m³/hr extraction rate, ideal for larger kitchens. It is designed to coordinate with the Opera series but can also be coordinated with any SMEG appliance in the Classic line.
  • Opera Aesthetic - Modern in design thanks to its clean and elegant styling, ergonomic lever shaped controls and robust handles, Opera is a truly aspiration range for serious cooks.
  • Crafted with real attention to detail and using 18/10 Stainless Steel, the range is robust and built to last.
  • Opera hoods are available in widths ranging from 90 cm - 150 cm.
  • Ducting or Re-Circulating - Most SMEG hoods offer the choice of ducting or re-circulating, so you can choose your preferred method.
  • Venting/ducting out provides optimum extraction of cooking fumes by expelling them outside, using a vent kit (available as an optional accessory)
  • This hood has 150 mm vent outlet, so you can choose between the following options:(i) SP150 - Simple vent kit for hoods with a 150 mm diameter vent outlet.(ii) SP150FLAT - Comprehensive vent kit for hoods with a 150 mm diameter vent outlet.
  • Re-circulating extracts the cooking fumes and passes them through active charcoal filters (available as an optional accessory), recirculating the cleaned air back into the room. To find out which charcoal filter your hood needs, see the accessory tab on the hood specification.
  • Dishwasher Safe - Some models have grease filters which can be easily removed from the hood and cleaned in the dishwasher, so no manual hand washing is required.
  • Intensive Extraction - A powerful intensive speed can be selected when quick extraction is needed, whether you are creating a sizzling stir fry or a preparing an aromatic curry, even the strongest cooking odors will be removed in no time.
  • LED Lighting - These lights are long lasting, save money and perfectly illuminate the work surface below. They can be switched on regardless of the fans, and used simply to create ambiance lighting in the kitchen.
